Well my girlfriend outed herself on her blog so here I go... I'm dating somebody bua ha ha ha ha! I have been dating her for quite awhile, and it's been going swell. The resason I haven't brought this up previously is that her parents hate me a lot. However my girlfriend recently told her parents about us and they had a complete wiggin moment, with the yelling, screaming, and what not. One thing her Dad said kinda hit home, "We don't really know him, he hasn't really talked to us." So lets get into that. First off my girlfriends parents don't speak english very well, so there is already a language barrier but that is not it at all. You see the second my girlfriends parents realise I'm there I can feel with my psychic whose-a-fudge, this huge oppressive curtain of hate comes down upon me. I'm not kidding, from the first time I met them I could tell they didn't like me, and the more I was with my now girlfriend socially and they know about it, the more they hated me. Now I am not an evil guy, and I don't like making people upset, so in general I stay out of their way because I can tell they hate me. Thats it, it's not that I'm disrespectful, I have gotten along famously with my previous girlfriends parental-units, I just I'm avoiding the hate. Which I know sounds lame, but my girlfriend and I were friends long before we started dating. So when we were just friends it was perfectly acceptable for them to hate me cuz honestly we would only hang out once every month or so. But then when we started dating by that point we kinda had to keep it a secret because by then it was bad, and it sucks. So yeah I don't know what to do at this point... and am open to all possibilities.
